In November 2007, all Sophos Computer Security customers were automatically upgraded to the latest version.
Benefits of Sophos Computer Security 2.5 include:
- Integrated adware and potentially unwanted application (PUA) protection from Sophos Anti-Virus
- Sophos Client Firewall support for Vista to stop zero-day threats and prevent intrusion attacks from hackers
- Centralized cleanup and threat summary dashboard with Sophos Control Center, version 2.0
- Enhanced protection for Mac OS X 10.2 and higher
The installation requested a reboot, and you should have done this in order to take advantage of the protection in this latest version.
For enhanced security with firewall protection, you can upgrade at an additional cost to Sophos Security Suite. To take advantage of our special pricing plans, contact your local Sophos office or Sophos Partner.
